As of Thursday, November 12th, 2020 at 12:01 a.m., Manitoba's public health officials have elevated the pandemic response system level for the province of Manitoba to Critical (red)

Facility, Service and Program Changes

The RM of Ritchot wants to assure you that now and always, the health and safety of our team members and the communities where we live, work and serve across Manitoba, is the top priority for us.  

We are taking steps to help reduce the risk to our residents, visitors, and employees by implementing the proposed social distancing procedures.

As of November 12th, 2020, All recreational facilities, which includes the municipal library, all community halls, ice arenas, and recreation activities are closed.  

Playgrounds and outdoor rinks are currently open.

Garbage and Recycling will continue to operate as normal. Please continue to follow the schedule posted under Government/Municipal Services/Waste and Recycling.

The Ritchot Landfill will continue to operate their regular hours.  Hours of operation can be found here.

The Municipal Office will be closed to the public. Staff will continue to be present to answer calls and monitor emails. If you wish to meet with an employee, we ask that you contact the office or the individual directly in order to arrange an appointment.
