Shake, Rattle and Roll
A physical literacy program for toddlers ages 2-4 and their parents! Shake, Rattle and Roll enncourages early movement and coodinations skills. Promotes positive attitudes towards physical activity, develops gross motor skills in toddlers and aides in developing social and emotional development!

IDC Minor Hockey
Our Minor Hockey program is open to all children,male and female,between the ages of 4-17. The season runs from October through March.Registration fees range between$295-$600. This fee does not include player equipment or team related fees such as tournaments. Online Registration is available at www.idcmha.ca.

St. Adolphe Minor Hockey
The St. Adolphe Minor Hockey Association offers children, female or male, between the ages of 5-17 an opportunity to play organized hockey sanctioned through both the Eastman Minor Hockey Association and Hockey Manitoba.
The program runs from October-March and registration occurs in June. Activities are held at the St. Adolphe Arena located at 345 St. Adolphe Road. Registration costs range between $370 and $600 depending on the age of the child. This fee does not include costs associated with player equipment and other various team related fees (ie. tournaments, referees, etc).

The RINK Training Centre is excited to announce the expansion of the Athena Program in partnership with St. Adolphe Women’s Learn to Play Hockey Programs. Athena will be running skill specific practices for women to learn more about hockey, get in a great workout and most importantly…Have Fun!
This year the Athena Program will be running a session out of St. Adolphe. The female coaching staff will run fun skill development practices as well as a scrimmage at every session.
Games will also be added into the program. Athena will have 3 separate programs running this year giving the opportunity to play games against each other!

We have been working really hard on new drills and I know we’ll be cheering a bunch for our team! Come and see how much I have improved! Gymnastics and Stunting in St. Adolphe
The St. Adolphe Community Club offers an introduction to gymnastics and stunting in the Pioneer Hall. Classes will begin mid-September and run until early December. Gymnastic classes for ages 2 and a half to 13 includes a mini trampoline, mats, and small beam. Stunting classes for ages 8 and up, includes partner lifts, stunting and acrobatic yoga lifts.
Registration prior to classes is highly recommended.

IDC Block Therapy
Block therapy is a relaxing hour of connecting into your breathing while finding and relieving areas of your body that hold pain and restriction. Block therapy is great for anyone who is suffering from muscular and joint pain, posture issues, headaches, neck or back pain and anxiety.
Block therapy will involve you laying on a therapeutic block tool in various positions to target all areas of the body. The block will wink deep into tissue all the way to the bone creating pressure to increase blood and oxygen flow thus, relieving pain and relaxing the body.
